I won’t talk about April, I’ll tell you about October. Barely achieved the issuance of a package of documents before going on vacation. Instead of the accepted three days, the package of documents was issued to me in a day and only after calling the hotline. We flew from Rostov, and since we live in the Voronezh region, we had to get there (9 hours by train). In general, after the scandal, the documents were sent and received. The next thing that unsettled me was that the flight number on the e-ticket did not match the flight number on the scoreboard. It worked out. In Egypt, the Anex tour works exactly the same. Disgusting. We climbed Mount Moses, you should have seen it. One Lady came in high heels - people were not warned about the difficulties and peculiarities of this ascent (about seven km of the trail uphill and 750 steps) In general, I NEVER EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TOUR OPERATOR !!!!
