I liked the company, but the hotel let us down (

First time using this company on a friend's recommendation. We would not have dared ourselves, because we had a proven tour operator, but his prices were higher. Everything is thought out very well, managers help in choosing a hotel, but it is impossible to foresee everything. We were not lucky - the hotel, which looked so wonderful in the photos on its website, in fact seemed to be a Soviet hotel - the panels are cracking, the shower is leaking, it is blowing from the window, the carpet is worn out in the corridor. Back to the USSR, in short. Moreover, everything is fine on their website, green area, excellent restaurant, beautiful views. I realized that this is a lottery, you won't guess. If the managers really knew what the conditions were there, they would hardly sell tours there at all.

We visited the Czech Republic, took excursions on the spot (there are tents with excursions at every step), were the masters of their time, in the evenings they rested in bars) Excellent beer!

In principle, I liked the company, if not for the cant with the hotel. But in fact, we didn’t really live there, because we were busy all day. In another situation, it would certainly upset. They were in touch with us all the time, everything came in electronic form, they also paid online, they were not even in the office itself. It is the only one for Moscow, by the way, so you won’t find any branches, and it’s inconvenient to go there. Well, actually, why?

In general, I will recommend this life hack to my friends - firstly, it’s cheaper, and secondly, it’s more convenient, they don’t impose any additional services, there are no extra charges due to online functioning, they even charge bonuses.
