Managers who offer tours do not have reliable information about hotels or are silent about it. They sell hotels to tourists that do not correspond to the declared star category, which causes outrage among tourists when they arrive at the place. So it was with us when we arrived in Turkey, at the Sunshine 4 * hotel. The hotel corresponds to four stars only by the number of rooms. The service is disgusting: in the room - a bed with incomprehensible stains, bedspreads with holes, old, torn towels, a broken bedside table, a bathtub with worn enamel, painted over, etc. Marina Arsentieva, a representative of the Pegas tourist firm, knowing full well about the state of the hotel, defends the interests of the Turkish parties, and not Russian tourists who pay with their money for the fake star rating of this hotel. Maybe her salary
does this hotel pay? The management of the company is apparently satisfied with such work of their representatives.
