I won't contact again

I chose a travel agency spontaneously ... I just decided to book the May holidays in advance, and in January there were still few offers from tour operators. The manager Oksana tour helped to choose not a bad one, both in terms of cost and connection of flights for the flight, everything worked out well ... but that's all the positive emotions. She told us about the hotel that it is not big, but clean and good, in a beautiful place and the view from it is gorgeous. I went on a trip with a friend, ladies, so to speak, at the age, and when, upon arrival in Tbilisi, we saw that the hotel was located on a mountain and we had to climb the mountain every day at a 75-80 degree slope, no view pleased us. Had I known about this location, I would never have chosen it. And another such nuance happened to us - they settled in a room with one bed! The hotel told us that this was the order. Oksana texted me that she ordered two beds, but the hotel denied everything and did not begin to communicate with her.

It was 3 am, we were very tired after the flight, and in the hope that everything would be cleared up in the morning, we simply agreed to what happened. But Oksana did not begin to find out anything else, and we, two adult women, were forced to sleep on the same bed with a jack. Upon my return, I wrote her my complaints about the location of the hotel and accommodation, but she replied that it was the circumstances (?!). In short, the vacation was spoiled uniquely.

I've been traveling since 2009 and it's the first time for me "it happened"!! In general, we concluded that this travel agency is no longer a foot.
