Yesterday I took another tour to Egypt, it turns out from my bonuses: $ 20 has already burned out, because. didn't use them on time. Last August, I buy a tour from this company for the 3rd time, they said to use bonuses - let them accumulate. I looked into my personal account and laughed: yes, I have not been at the Princess Palace Hotel since 9.08. to 23.08. in Hurghada! I go to the same hotel, and this time I go to the same one. And by the way, the company knows: where are their tourists? Yes, I don’t feel sorry for the bonuses, but was it possible to notify a regular client? And do not dissuade (human factor).
