We bought a tour from the Biblio-Globus on the Fortuna 4 * system to Turkey, all meals included. As a result, on arrival we were settled in a hotel, which is 3 * Asel Resort, the rooms, like in a barn, are dirty. There is absolutely nothing, no drinks, fruits, meat, fish, we are half-starved. The sea is very far away, we cannot even dream of any sunbeds, sun loungers and towels. Let me remind you that the hotel must be 4 stars and the food for four stars is appropriate. Because of this, my elderly mother is forced to endure a constant feeling of hunger and there is no opportunity to visit the beach, because her legs are sore and she simply cannot go there. Calling the biblio-globe hotline, we were asked a rhetorical question: What did you want? you have a fortune system. You have been provided with accommodation, deal with the guide, we personally, as a tour operator, cannot help in this matter. Let me remind you that we paid the money for the ticket to the biblio-globe. Then we waited for our guide, Andrei Cholak.

The man came, laughed, said that indeed the service of this hotel is not like 4 *, but hardly 1 * pulls. He said that he would accept the claim in writing and wished him a pleasant stay. Tell me, how can a vacation be pleasant in HUNGER, DIRT and WITHOUT THE SEA!? Since the tour operator is inactive, I will write to higher authorities due to the fact that the criteria do not correspond to those specified in the contract.
