On October 21, I applied for a Chinese visa at the office of the company on Gorokhovaya Street. The impression is vague. The secretary girl does not have any information at all, she was not even going to draw up a service contract for me. The office is a kennel, I was shocked. I don't know, maybe the Commandant's Office is better... They seem to specialize in Finnish visas. I had to call the manager from the office several times (she is the founder of the company, as I think). The manager was on the move. Moreover, they have one manager for 2 offices. She is the founder, as I understand it. Of course I hope everything goes well. But it’s somehow scary for them to leave all the documents. Office, of course, kapets. Entrance from the arch, door painted with graffiti, no security, no video surveillance. Little room. The secretary, who, well, no boom-boom at all ... Moreover, they assure the company that, apart from a passport and a foreign passport, they do not need anything else (they do everything else themselves).

They submit documents on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They promised that my visa would be ready in a week. I hope nothing happens to my documents. Because the firm does not inspire confidence in me yet. I'll post the results. They also promised to call me the same day. But I understand that on the days of filing the manager does not appear in the office. There are no calls on Tuesday or Wednesday. At least they would say that they submitted my documents, and everything is fine. I couldn't find any reviews for this company online. To be honest, I don’t trust companies in issuing visas at all (I had a sad experience with visas from the USA and England). I rate it "4" out of 10, but the first impression leaves much to be desired. They could have chosen a more decent office and trained their staff so that customers do not have to explain elementary things to them. Yes, even about the same Finnish visa (a conversation about which I heard on the phone).

And so that customers do not have to dial from their phone to some ghostly manager-director whom no one sees.
