On March 17, 2014, at the 1001 Tour travel agency, I purchased a tour from the tour operator Anex Tour to Egypt. However, as it turned out at the airport, I was sold a non-existent seat on the flight. I found out about it only at check-in, I was not on the boarding lists. I had to wait until there were empty seats on other flights. I was already in tears and on the verge of hysteria, so I was going to celebrate my birthday there. I asked the representative of Anex Tour at the airport to provide me with a transfer, which was prepaid. However, upon arrival they told me: there are no cars, go get a taxi at your own expense! Why did I pay for the transfer? As a result, the taxi driver tore off double the price and pestered me all the way with offers of sex. The tour operator did not take care not only about comfort, but even about the safety of the tourist! Vacation was ruined from day one. Upon arrival, I wrote a claim, but it is completely useless, there is no answer, and the lawyer of the 1001 tour reads parables to me on the phone.
Nobody returned a penny to me even for the transfer, which I never used. I will never go to the 1001 tour or the Anex tour again. I have never seen such irresponsibility! Do not spoil your vacation, do not put yourself in danger.
