UzhOs!!! It was at Easter, why I am writing now, you will understand after reading to the end! We bought a tour of Italy with a flight from St. Petersburg to Rimini! We did not have the right to choose a hotel for the tour !!! Even at the airport, the accompanying guide dropped the phrase: “Get ready!” The meaning of this phrase was realized in the hotel. Settled in a hotel only reopened after the winter. Special order for "all-suffering" Russians. An ice hut with a tiled floor, the windows do not close, there are cracks in the doors, a draft and the temperature in the room is not higher than 14 degrees, there are no extra blankets, no heater, I don’t mention comfort at all!:)!!! Outcome: runny nose, cough, temperature 38.6, so all week with a temperature and drove through Italy. By the way, the route is not very frail (Rimini-Venice-Florence-Rome, this is not taking into account small towns such as Pisa and Siena) most of the time in buses, well, you can’t get away from this! Departure again from Rimini! - the conditions are even worse.
Due to the temperature, we did not go on excursions (Naples and Pompeii) - where to go, if you can hardly stand on your feet, paid in St. Petersburg. We flew to St. Petersburg and ... immediately to the hospital - otitis media! Appealed for compensation for unused excursions. The answer is simple, prove that it was cold in the rooms and you suffered for this reason, where is the temperature certificate from the hotel ??? What do you think, which Italian would give me such a certificate??? RESULT: They received the money, sent it to hell, provided that the Italian partners know all the ins and outs!!! No wonder the guide warned us when meeting at the airport !!! We did not use the service! And we are the last ones!!! I think we will meet with VERSA in court, since at least there are copies of the sick leave and documentation for the tour!!! I will NEVER go back and will recommend everyone to bypass VERSA!
