It is easy to order and pay for the tour, but the service in the destination country is poor.

1. We chose a travel agency via the Internet, taking into account the reviews posted earlier.

2. Flight and transfers - all according to the stated conditions.

3. The hotel is declared as 5 *, but in reality it is 3+ and no one explained to us that there could be problems with the hotel. We paid for a superior room with a sea view, but got an old broken-down and dirty room with plumbing problems, the refrigerator was covered with mold, and the balcony was not cleaned at all, the towels were worn out and not stretched. Sea view - also conditional, rather a view of the neighboring roof with air conditioning. There is no service at the hotel for the Russians (only the Turks pay attention).

4) The hotel guide is late, provides incorrect information, and we were not sent information about the departure at all - we had to call the guide within an hour.

5) SUNMAR does not have its own tour guides - they work through Coral Travel, and there we got 2 out of 3 times a Turkish guide who speaks very, very poorly in Russian and as a result - zero useful information and a headache in the evening from him broken Russian with triple repetitions of the same thing. What did we pay for then ??? Moreover, the hotel guide deliberately hides this information, although, after the first unsuccessful excursion, we warned her that we need a guide who normally speaks Russian.

I really want to get money back for a spoiled vacation, but I don’t want to get involved so as not to aggravate the negative impression of the vacation.
