On November 15, my child and I flew to Dubai. The Moscow-Dubai flight lasted 4 hours and 45 minutes. From the airport to the hotel on a completely car-free route (it was Friday, a day off in Dubai), the Anex Tour transfer took us ... 4 hours 45 minutes (!) Moreover, if food and drinks were offered on the plane, then on the bus there was not even water. People, especially children, suffered from thirst. The tour operator decided to save on an additional transfer, which could reduce the number of hotels that had to be visited along the way. But here nobody cares about people.
We did not receive a written response to our written appeal to Anex Tour with a claim. The hotel guide explained that the claim was sent to the office, and a verbal response was received that in the territory of the host country the tour operator is not obliged to provide written answers to tourists' requests, only verbal answers through hotel guides, and offered to complain to the Moscow office.
In addition, a representative of the local office asked us to convey that such a transfer is fully consistent with the policy of Anex Tour. That is, a group transfer could call in more hotels, and last as long as you like. So that. They themselves, they say, are to blame, they would have taken an individual transfer, they would have treated you better. Thus, a full, paid day of rest was stolen from us. We could not even swim in the sea - the beach was already closed for the night. And no apologies!
The transfer to the tour also corresponded to the policy of the tour operator - 7 people were stuffed into a 5-seater car. We sat like herrings in a barrel, and one elderly woman, who did not have enough space at all, rode on a metal frame for an agonizingly long hour and a half. But that's not all. At the destination, it turned out that the driver was not given entry tickets. We stood for an hour at the entrance to the flower park in the heat, waiting for the tickets to be brought to us.
There was only an hour left to inspect the park - running, running, just to have time to photograph something.
Further. Remember, in Soviet times, tickets to a good theater were offered with a load? This excursion to the flower park cannot be bought separately either. An excursion to the market is paid additionally - to the Golden Village, for 3 (!) Hours. Do your kids need it? Our child does not. An imposed service is also the policy of Anex Tour.
Here's another example. The hotel guide offers excursions to children's amusement parks. For each park separately - one price, and if you buy all four parks together - a discount. But in one day it is possible to visit only one park! And that is not completely! We bought one park, and barely managed to get to the bus in time - we were running back. It was a pity to tears for a woman with two children who succumbed to the provocation of a hotel guide and bought four parks. The children did not really have time to do anything - they just rushed back and forth, and were very tired.
And why should the guide feel sorry for them if he has already snatched his percentage of the sale? People are garbage to them.
Here is such an objective picture. The impressions of the trip are disgusting, and, what is worse, this impression is involuntarily projected onto the country, although the country has nothing to do with it at all!
