It's nobody's fault

I am one of those who could not fly to Greece (Rhodes) on May 23, 2013 from Sheremetyevo. We arrived at 8 am applied for passports and received a "blow in the gut" No visa. They waited all day for a solution to the problem, they fed us with promises, and as a result, the hungry Exhausted again got on the bus and sawed all night to Ivanovo. The lies and the seeming concern for tourists are outraged. First they ask what you need, and then they do nothing. They promised to feed us and place us in hotels until we received visas, but in the end a courier arrived and told us to go home, while he did not know anything about the promised food and compensation for ticket costs. He called, found out, and only our perseverance begged thousands from him for the road. Why a lawyer or other responsible representatives of the tour operator did not come to meet people, we do not understand. This is an indicator of concern for us tourists.

Today, having read the responses of the Biblio leadership in the media about the food provided and the accommodation of non-resident tourists in hotels, this is, to put it mildly, misleading people. Nothing was done to us at Sheremetyevo for dozens of people during the day. Arriving at our travel agency, we expressed everything, but in the end it turned out that neither the travel agency nor the tour operator were to blame for our ordeals, the Greeks were to blame for everything. And the last good news was just that they called from the travel agency and said the good news, they gave us a visa and we are flying to Greece Will we fly away?
