We flew from the company to the Dominican Republic on 27.11-06.12. We rested at Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames. Terrible company representatives are waiting for you there. Eugene and Olga are unfriendly, arrogant, with a boorish attitude. Ask yourself for help! We had a wedding on November 25, we sent all the documents to Aneks, they promised to meet us as newlyweds. Upon arrival, we found that Anex did not care about his promises! Olga arrogantly made it clear that this is a free compliment, so there is nothing to demand here! The representatives of Anex offered us vouchers with a 200% markup and photo sessions for $250 during the whole holiday. All problems by number, all questions we solved personally. Eugene always disappeared somewhere. All the tourists spat and discussed the representatives of Anex. When we left, we filed a complaint. We did not receive an answer. Do we recommend Anex? Not! Evgenia and Olga are full of horror. It is better to learn Spanish than to contact you.
