There are no complaints about transfers and excursions. Although we were settled not in Rimini itself, but in the suburbs of Viserba. The tour was called "Cities of the Arts" Light. Unfortunately, we only recognized the hotel on the spot.
The office manager in Sokolniki did not order me a vegetarian meal on the plane, although such a service is provided by the airline. I was told that the airline does not have this type of food. They also did not warn about the tax on hotel accommodation and a deposit at the hotel of 50 euros. It was not possible to change the type of food at the hotel, this can be done no later than 2 weeks before departure.
Upon arrival at the Giamaica 3 * hotel, it turned out that we were being accommodated in a neighboring hotel across Angelini 3 * street. And for breakfast, we have to go to Giamaica and resolve all issues there. There was no window in my room, it faced the wall.
From our group, a family of 2 people and 2 female students settled in the same hotel. But they were given normal rooms with good windows. Although the family did not have a soul - just a stick sticking out of the wall. I had no water pressure at all, that is, it was impossible to wash. The water in the sink is ice cold, you have to wait 10 minutes to warm up. They didn't remove much. The floors were not washed at all. The bathroom did have a window. Shower gel and soap put once. The owner of the Giamaica hotel, with whom I tried to resolve the issue, told me that it would not be possible to relocate me. On February 2, our guide Natalya Zubtsova came, with her help they changed my room. That is, for 3 nights I could not wash normally. The light in the new room burned out as soon as I moved in. Again, at my request, they told me that I wanted too much. The light was done in a day.
