Were at the May holidays in Eilat. All adventures began even before receiving the documents for the trip. We ourselves called the company, representatives in Moscow, they all said the documents were not ready, and two days before the departure Gaya called me and said that they could not get through to us, although there was not a single missed call from them.
Further, at the Domodedovo airport, the flight was delayed as a result by 2.5 hours. And so we arrived URA, we were loaded onto the bus and went to Eilat. The representative was Nargiza. She didn't say a word in the 1.5 hour drive from the airport to the Princess. When we got off the bus, she said that she was waiting for everyone in the hotel lobby to sign up for excursions. (I met this for the first time. Representatives of companies always talked about the peculiarities of the country + described that they had come,) this did not happen right away and did not follow later.
We were all driven to dinner, motivating that the restaurant was closing.
Then they came to Nargiza, except for the notes on the excursion, she did not say any useful information. Recorded for a very long time and was completely unassembled. I can't imagine how she copes with the work around Eilat from your company if she is not able to work with 7 people sitting around her.
The hotel itself is impressive from the outside, the first floor too, but when we went up to our room we realized that we were in the 80s. There was a fungus in the room, in the bathtub and in the closet, lighting over the mirror in the bathroom and a hair dryer, well, exactly 80s. This is not a 5* hotel, maximum 4-*
Now to the service in the restaurant. We had "all inclusive". But in reality, it's just three meals a day. Service in the restaurant at -10. They all walk around with an expression on their faces you owe us everything and we don't want to do anything. During the week we were approached three times during the meal, although there were three times a day there and so several with us.
On Sat there was generally a drinker for dinner.
We went to second shift and they didn't have free tables. And they didn’t even think about laying new tables. 8 people walked around the hall and did NOTHING. Then we were seated at a table where there were only forks and knives, no water, no glasses, no napkins. Everything was brought to us only when we had already asked several times.
In addition to three meals a day, we could take water, wine, beer and ice cream (it (ice cream) was free until May 4, and then it suddenly became paid.) Free of charge.
We took one excursion to the Dead Sea and from the "Diamond Exchange".
The exchange was generally just a nightmare !! Nargiza positioned it as a city tour with a stop at the stock exchange, in reality it is a minibus from the hotel to the stock exchange, but while we were traveling in the bus, we were told at least a little where which hotel is located. On the stock exchange, we were terribly pressed - buy at least something from us !! NEVER AGREE TO THIS PSEUDO-EXCURSION!
Eugenia accompanied us to the Dead Sea.
It took us 1.5 hours to pick us up from the hotels - it was very disorganized, we were constantly circling in one place, although we were taken in just 15 minutes!
She didn't say a word on the way there. Then there is the question of her responsibilities in general. Check the list of people could and drivers.
Arriving at the Dead Sea, they first tried to "push" us into the farthest hotel, on the third line. But the people began to resent that we were promised a hotel on the first line, and only then the driver turned around and went to Daniel's hotel. There was nothing organized at all and Evgenia tried to send us by bus to a cosmetics store. Here, the whole bus already said that enough deceit was enough for us, we arrived at the sea and want to swim. And so it was already 12 o'clock, and at 17 we were scheduled to depart. (We left the hotel at 7:10 in the morning.)
Finally, the hotels gave us lunch cards and a towel. We could be on the sea, in the spa of the hotel and by the pool. the spa was DIRTY, wet. I was personally shocked!
On the sea by the pool everything was fine.
It's 17:00 and it turns out that we have to wait for people from an individual excursion from Jerusalem, they got stuck in a traffic jam. And that we had a nursing mother on the bus, and the child stayed at the hotel in Eilat and he needed to be fed soon, Evgenia didn’t care. We waited 40 minutes for them. And finally we went back.
The rest of the time was calm, we didn’t go anywhere and were only at the hotel. We learned about the time of departure of the transfer to the airport only when we ourselves had already called Nargiza.
The transfer to the airport brought us on time and the flight was also on time to Moscow.
