I turned to the company, for the first time I decided to turn to travel agencies to purchase a package tour.

I left a request to many companies, the Galaxy manager called me back, I clarified: "Do I understand correctly that you are a tour operator?quot; The manager stammered a little and continued, "Yes, that's right" (as I now understand, she thought to lie or not to lie). I asked where their offices were, the girl consulted, and as a result of the conversation, she sent me a message with the office's contact details. Well, in general, it's convenient , but I did not sign up and did not say that I intended to come to them.SMS comes every single day, today is Sunday and even today I received another SMS.

I called a single number and asked to be removed from my spam mailing list. I decided that it would not be superfluous to report that the manager lied. To which I heard: "Not a single tour operator works with individuals, you must understand this"

Listen, dear gentlemen, I personally don’t owe you anything, and the fact that you know this should not be a basis for lying! Your employee could tell the truth and explain this fact, and not lie. And you, instead of listening and taking action, start talking about what I should know. Already at the first request, it is clear that if the client does not know something, the manager boldly misleads him, and then the operator can simply tell you by a single company number that "you should have known everything yourself!"
