Friends! Spent 11 days in the UAE with Natalie tours. Didn't like the disorganization of the staff. The guide for a pre-arranged meeting was late for 30 minutes, yes, and it was not the one who was recorded on the sheet with the exact date and time, but Ekaterina Dorofeeva. I will tell about this person separately. She is completely incompetent in her field. We were settled in a single room upon arrival, although the contract was a 2-bed standard. Our guide (Ekaterina Dorofeeva), who should be at the hotel with us and "solve all our problems", could not / did not want to do anything about it. We had three days to correct the situation ourselves, while one of us slept all three nights on a cot. In general, we did not see the guide after the first meeting. And we could not contact him with questions, as we had to. Then there was an overlay with a tour that we ordered from the tour operator (Natalie Tours or, as we were told, our meeting party was Alpha Tours).
Having specified the arrival time of the bus in advance, we waited for it for 45 minutes. at the hotel, when the nerves passed, we called the office of the tour operator, and stumbled upon our guide - Ekaterina Dorofeeva. She could not immediately explain anything to us, but began to talk some nonsense: at first she said that we had not booked this excursion at all (we gave money for it a week before the proposed trip), then that we had to go on an excursion to another day (we had a tour voucher on hand with the date of the tour). And when she called us back for the last time, after another 15 minutes, she said that the tour bus had suddenly broken down. After what we were first told, the last option of disrupting the excursion seemed unreliable to us. The guide returned the money for the tour after the scandal, and at first she demanded to sign some paper, and "... in the evening we will bring the money to you ...", she did not want to connect us with the leaders, constantly saying that no one was there.
This angered us even more and left unpleasant impressions about the trip, and about the work of the tour operator, and more specifically about the attitude of people like our guide to those with whom they should work (to vacationers like us). This is how we spent our holiday, sorting things out with those who were paid for serene 11 days by the sea.
