In general, I endured for a long time, but having received a "zero" response to our claim from the Pegasus management and not a drop of apologies, now I will write a review about this HORRIBLE company wherever I can.

As they say, the first and the last are most remembered. That's what we remember most of all the last day of rest, when we passed as expected in 12 rooms, and after half an hour we found out that we were more unwanted guests in the hotel, namely - for all drinks, even for ordinary water, for lunch and dinner we have to pay. Well, at least they didn’t kick me out of the hotel at all. We have flown with Anex before and have never heard anything like it. When you buy an All Inclusive tour, you count on it for the entire stay, don't you? Absolutely no one warned us about this fact. We were informed that on the 11th day we will vacate the room until 12, as it should be in hotels all over the world, but we will continue to use the rest of the hotel services calmly.

Plus, Pegasus moved our flight almost 4 hours late and did not care at all about the stay of people all day. That day we had breakfast at 9 - and that's all, from that moment until 22-30 (departure time), according to Pegasus, we had to take care of ourselves on our own. Tea and drinks at the hotel cost $ 1 per glass, lunch and dinner for ONE person $ 15, there were four of us, and we rested with a child. By the way, I would like to note the fact that on the same day at 2 pm 17 Muscovites left the hotel, so they all dined for free. Do we really differ in some way, or is it considered somewhere that the Urals are so hardy that they can not be fed?

To our indignation at the lack of service, the reception desk sent us to the hotel guide (the guide's name is Vitaliy). However, on this day he was just absent, and according to other Russian vacationers, they could not find him for 2 days, at the appointed time he was not there.

To his misfortune, he nevertheless appeared at the hotel almost in time for our departure. To our flurry of indignation, he shrugged his shoulders and said that at the first meeting he warned us that we would only have breakfast, and that we did not listen well. Surprisingly, all of the 7 people present at the meeting actually "listened badly." By the way, in general, he performed his work disgustingly, did not participate in our life at all and did not help solve emerging problems. In the first days we did not have hot water, which we told Vitaly, he sent us to the reception without any emotions. And it's good that I more or less speak English and was able to explain our problem to non-Russian-speaking staff, but what about people who do not know other languages? I thought that the guide is just obliged to speak languages, at least English, and in case of problems for vacationers to help solve them.

Was it really so difficult for him to walk 2 steps from his location to the reception and say 2 phrases? Other vacationers also spoke of his complete detachment from problems and references to the reception. It is not clear why exactly he gets his salary, what we pay him OUR money for ... Perhaps everything was so because he frankly did not like his work, and the hotel in particular. At the first meeting, it was surprising for us to hear from him that Egypt is generally terrible, this hotel G ..., the food is disgusting, supposedly he worked in many hotels in Turkey and Egypt, and in Turkey even any 3 * is better than the Egyptian 5 *, "in Turkey is being licked" (literally).

I don’t understand why they send a person to work in a country they hate so much and the conditions that he passes it on to clients? Does Pegasus think that after all of the above, we will have a desire to work with such people and with the company as a whole?

I want to note that all the Russians living in the hotel noted the absolute incompetence of this guide, as well as the unwillingness to travel with the Pegas Touristik company anymore, and the intention to write a story everywhere that it was thanks to this attitude that the whole impression of the rest on the last day was completely spoiled!

Everyone I told about this story and showed my review was sooo surprised at this situation, and EVERYONE heard about such a system for the first time. Pegasus replied in his letter that this is the policy of the hotel, and the tour operator has nothing to do with it !!! And also in the letter it was stated that the carrier has the right to change the time, place, schedule of departure WITHOUT warning and without incurring any responsibility. Cool, yeah?
