Good time of the day! We flew with Natalie Tours to the Dominican Republic in February 2012, which we regretted very much! If you want to spoil your vacation, fly with Natalie Tours! Terrible tour operator who does not bear any responsibility for their tourists! The guides are completely unprofessional. Upon arrival in a wonderful country, we were settled in the wrong hotel that we paid for (instead of 5 * in a "creepy" 4 * !!!). When we demanded that we be overpowered, to which we were told that due to the high season, all hotels were repopulated and they could not help us in any way! Further, we were simply ignored by the hotel guides, and did not want to talk to us! Upon arrival in Moscow, they made a claim to Natalie Tours. To which they unsubscribed to us that we used all sorts of extra. Services (which we actually did not use!) and the Tour Operator does not owe us anything! All in all, the vacation was ruined. Impressions about this tour operator, disgusting.
Draw your own conclusions, personally we will never use the services of this Tour Operator again.
