Because of this man, our trust in your firm has been greatly shaken. On the first day upon arrival at a meeting with him, they began to offer us excursions, and it was necessary to decide at that moment, since Eric himself was not going to show up at our hotel anymore. We did not dare to do so right away, so Eric began to force us to sign a piece of paper on the form of Toursess, that if we go on an excursion from a street agency, your company is not responsible for us. Here in Ukraine, no one warned us that we would have to sign something additionally. We refused, and we had every right to do so. So Eric started grabbing our hands, blackmailing us and even threatening to ruin our vacation if we didn't sign. What follows from this! If this is a local initiative, then something is wrong with you controlling your remote employees.. Well, if this piece of paper is the work of the main office, then there can be no talk of any respect for your company. Alas, we will not recommend the services of your company to our friends and acquaintances! By the way, after thinking for a day or two, we decided to take a tour from a street agency, and we had a great trip! And thanks to Eric, saved money. Good luck to all!
