I will say right away that I am one of those people who try to enjoy any trip, no matter what. Previously, I already went 2 times from the company and there were no complaints. This time it was worse (I compare with other guides and conditions). In general, I liked the city, there are places to take a walk ... But the worst thing about the trip was that they turned off the ventilation in the bus, especially when they were driving back. My wife and little son went with the driver, plus there were also "very cold" comrades. I note that the bus stood all day in the sun, it was hot outside, + 26-28 in the cabin. Under such conditions, turning off the ventilation is a mockery of people. I don't know how those who rode at the very back of the bus felt. I also note that although the bus is comfortable, the same ventilation windows are located inconveniently, it blows somewhere in the legs.

And if the comrade in front threw back his chair at full power (such disrespect also occurs), then you can definitely only smell the back of his head, and there is no question of any ventilation ... And since the trip takes much more time than a walk along city ​​itself, then comfort is important. On other trips, everything was fine in this regard. I ask the company to pay attention to such nuances.
