It's easy to walk past this travel agency - it's impossible to get through to their offices - no one picks up the phone. You can leave a request for a call - and for a specific tour, and for a description of the tour - this will also be ignored. You can also write to them on VKontakte - describe everything you want with links to the tour and I promise you that they will contact you. You can also call the numbers listed in the vklntakte group - one of them may even answer. Then they will tell you that the prices for tours on the site are invalid, you need to recalculate how much the surcharge is there, they will write down your phone for the 150th time .. and this will all be over. The VKontakte manager will contact you (remember, many lines above promised you this) and ask again what you want. You will tell again. And even send a link with your favorite tour. In response, you will be offered 3 tours - 2 of them are just much more expensive, another one is still very much more expensive. You can send in response a couple of links to their own site with tours at a normal price - they will be stupidly ignored.

And then they even call back from a couple of offices - they have an unanswered call from you. All. That is, they put it on the client from the doorstep. And they are very surprised and indignant that after 2 hours of trying to contact them and completely ignoring requests, you are talking to them in the wrong tone and in the wrong form. Correctly. No need at all - these people spoil the rest and mood even before the start of the tour. THE PRICES ON THE SITE DO NOT CORRECT TO THE REAL, THE EMPLOYEES ARE BOODS AND PROFIGISTS! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG! I will not advise you a travel agency better, but a strong feeling that any is better!
