Better savage vacation than with Lanta tour!!!!!!
My husband and I flew to Cuba in November 2011, a 15-day tour, we bought it in advance! When we checked into the hotel, it turned out that the tour operator had not paid for our vacation. The guide from the airport did not go to the hotel with us. Not a single phone number indicated on Lanta Tour Avenue worked!!! The meeting with the guide was supposed to be only on the 2nd day after our arrival.
The first payment to the hotel for our "vacation" took place on the 5th day of our arrival there and NOT COMPLETELY! During these 5 days, we were forced every day to argue and persuade the staff at the reception to extend the key to the room for us, because at exactly 12.00 he stopped working. The guide can not be found and will not get through. Due to the time difference, we hardly slept these 5 days and nights, as we tried to get through to the representatives of the Lanta tour, the guide meeting the side of the Havana tour. NO ONE EVEN APOLOGIZED, we were constantly switched to a new operator.
We didn't shout, we didn't throw our fingers, we weren't rude, we only asked to pay for our room! NOOO!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS FOR ANYTHING THERE as it turned out!
At the reception, we found out that there are often such problems with payment with Lanta-tour tourists !!! WHY EVERYONE IS SILENT??? We spent almost 6000 rubles. for calls!!!
We were able to check into the room only thanks to the knowledge of the English language and leaving a deposit! We went on the ALL INCLUSIVE system, we could not take cash with us at all. And then what? WE WOULD BE SLEEPING OUTSIDE!!!
And in conclusion, on the day of departure from the hotel, the BUS LATE for 2 hours. Tourists got to the airport just 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF REGISTRATION. Can you imagine what places they got??? And the flight takes 11 hours....
