Mouzenidis Travel on Kurskaya - TRAVELETA - EARTH VAL 32 - the worst agency and the worst people in it - BYPASS THE SIDE OF IP MACHNIK MV.
1. absolutely illiterate people - they don’t know who to call where and how to call in case of an unforeseen situation, how to resolve issues if something goes wrong
2. confused people!!! (group of 5 people) -accommodated incorrectly - did not contact the hotels, did not correct the situation
3. Bought non-refundable tickets!!! - although they said returnable for 1 passenger (who did not have a visa)
4. they didn’t make insurance for absenteeism of the visa .... we spoke
5. late submitted documents for a visa - and ..... that yes ...... the visa did not come out on time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they don't care ... you yourself will run through your own channels and pull out your documents from the embassy so that they spank your visa !!!
6. tickets of course burned down!!! you buy them yourself again) although it was possible to solve the issue with tickets in different ways, but look at point 1)))
7. the tour that we ordered - we were not booked either
no one, absolutely no one, tried to solve the situation and generally prevented it from the very beginning, they absolutely don’t give a damn .... for the current situation, they don’t bother at all, you lose money))) their job is to stupidly sit on the 5th point and wait - or maybe it will blow .....
