10) CORAL-TRAVEL HAVE US ALL NERVES ON THE LAST DAY - CORAL representative from the Turkish side - Vasif - disrupted our return flight and made us spend the whole day (starting from 05-30 in the morning) on ​​our nerves, wondering if we could fly home and get to work, or we'll be stuck here indefinitely.

Initially, we were supposed to fly out on June 8th, at 21-40.

According to the rules, we had to, on the evening of June 7, after 19-00, go to the reception and look in a special magazine for the time of our departure.

On June 7, in the afternoon, at 14-30, this Vasif calls our room and says: - “Your flight is delayed for a day (!!!), your room has been extended for you by the hotel for a day, come and see the time of your departure in the log at the reception On the 8th at 19-00.

We, trusting the competent statement of the representative of KORAL, postponed the clarification of the departure time, as we were told, until the evening of June 8th.

On the evening of June 7th, we did not go to look at the departure time log, and, without packing our things, we calmly went to bed.

At 05-30 in the morning on June 8, they call us in the room with a statement that they are waiting for us at the reception with things to leave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naturally, at 5-30 we could not leave, as things were not collected.

We stayed at the hotel.

From 10 am, the "second part of the Marleson ballet" began - it turned out that the hotel did not even know about the extension of our room for a day !!! It turns out that the hotel refuses to extend it to us under the pretext that "there is no room", although we are aware that it is only the beginning of the season, and the hotel is full of empty rooms!!!

"KORAL" offered us a "charming" option - check out of the room before 12 am, hang out with suitcases until the evening at the hotel, and in the evening we will be taken to spend the night IN ANOTHER HOTEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS JUST A COMPLETE FAK-UP (((((((((

VASIF himself turned out to be COMPLETELY PROFESSIONALLY IMPOTENT!!!!

He could not agree with any of the parties to the conflict - neither with the Hotel, nor with the Moscow office, nor with the Turkish office!!!!

He simply handed over his phone to my young man so that we ourselves would negotiate in this situation and resolve this situation that had developed through his fault!!!!

As a result, my young man did the work of this "employee" of KORAL, Vasif.

It turned out that there were places in the hotel, and we would not be evicted anywhere, and the Moscow office tensed up and began to look for a plane for us on which we could fly. Only it was not an employee of "KORAL" who did all this - Vasif, who is paid a salary for this, and whose professional duties these are, but my young man!

IN THE RESULT IT WAS: In the afternoon, when Vasif called us, the first information came about the postponement of the flight later by a day, and then, closer to 18-00, it turned out that the DEPARTURE HAS BEEN POSTPONED, on the contrary, TO AN EARLIER TIME, AT 10-30 AM 8 th June!

But Vasif, by the time the final departure time arrived, had already finished the working day, and another person was printing out information with the last clarification of the departure time!

WHY DOES CORAL, A BIG, BUT SO DIFFERENT COMPANY, DONT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER HAND IS DOING?????

WHY IS THERE SUCH A HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF SUCH IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TOURIST DEPARTURES???

This is just disastrously unprofessional and antediluvian!!!!! We will no longer fly through CORAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
