Good day gentlemen.
I would like to share my experience of working with the companies mentioned above.
I signed an agreement No. 4848 dated 09/22/12 for a trip to Thailand for the period from 12/22/12 to 01/07/13. An advance payment of 100,000 rubles was made. (one hundred thousand of rubles). The whole ticket cost 185 thousand rubles. with pennies. I was supposed to go on a trip, my girlfriend and a five-year-old daughter from my first marriage. The hotel and departure were confirmed within a week, agreed with the manager that the rest of the money would be paid in mid-November.
In the evening, the manager calls and informs that the flight from Bangkok on 01/07/13 has been canceled, offers to shorten the trip by one day and fly from Bangkok to St. Petersburg on 01/06/12. In response, I said that at the moment I am busy (business trip) and this issue will be resolved on 31.10-1.11.
The manager called to ask about my decision. Gave verbal consent.
The manager called, asked to issue a rescheduling at least by e-mail. Sent a letter agreeing to the postponement. In the evening the bell rings - there are no tickets. Invited to the office to determine alternative options. After a long search (they searched in general according to the parameters: warm, dry, direct flight from St. Petersburg, a hotel with decent reviews - they didn’t even indicate the country), they searched for three hours, found an acceptable tour to Cuba (the price came up more expensive, but agreed the cost of the tour became 194 thousand rubles with kopecks). They parted happy with each other.
The manager called (I'm already starting to be afraid of their calls) and said that Cuba was also canceled. I'm starting to get angry. I'm waiting for alternative offers, I don't want to take the money (in September the tour cost 180 tr., in November it costs 240 tr.). Offered Phuket for 12 nights. I refuse - I don't like the shortening of the trip, and the hotel is worse. Along the way, I sign up for a consultation at the legal center.
Communicated with the manager insist on the last sentence, trying to convey to them the simple truth that I do not like it. They say they have nothing more to offer. I sign an agreement with the legal center for doing business.
