Christmas presents

I bought a three-day trip to Finland from a travel agency, to a 4 * spa hotel with a room rate of 90 euros / day in the city of Imatra with a trip to Savonlinna and Lappeenranta. I hoped that I would like a sauna, swim in the pool and learn something new about the neighboring country. My dreams were not destined to come true: the guide - Pavlova Tatyana Vasilievna - knew absolutely nothing about the history of Finland or Savonlinna, she talked about how "Suvorov's army descended from the Alpine mountains on plastic plates" and that "Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov's father was called Vasiliy". They settled me in a completely creepy filthy room with a dirty curtain instead of a shower with cold water in the taps (it took 2 hours to let the water through) and without any saunas and pools at a cost of 75 euros / day. Vacation was ruined.

Upon returning to St. Petersburg, I wrote a claim with a photo of the room and a copy of the hotel voucher with a request to return part of the cost of the trip, in view of the fact that the excursion services were of almost zero quality, and the cost of the hotel room was lower than previously paid. The travel agency refused to compensate for the difference in cost, stating that all services under the program were provided, the contract was signed, and there were no grounds to reduce its cost. I warn everyone who intends to purchase tours in this company and in the organizing company of the specified (organizing company - "100 Golden Roads") that you can be deceived in the amount of at least 100 euros.
