We rested in Italy in June 2012 from the tour operator Natalie Tours. Before this trip, we traveled a lot, but it so happened that we never used the services of this tour operator. This trip was the first and definitely the last tour from Natalie. It all started with the fact that upon arrival at Domodedovo Airport (and we are not from Moscow), the representative of the tour operator forgot one of our passports in the office in the documents with visas (we were traveling with a group of 8 people). We began to panic, because we understood that it was not a quick matter to bring a passport from Moscow to the airport, and there was nothing left before departure. At the same time, the reaction of the representative was absolutely indifferent - well, they will bring it, which means they will bring a passport, if they don’t bring it, it means they won’t bring it, I don’t care. They brought a passport 20 minutes before the plane's departure. Fortunately, we checked in for the plane (we persuaded the girl at the check-in desk) without a passport (only according to one passport data) in advance.
There were all chances not to be in time. Upon arrival at the hotel, a representative of the tour operator came to us with one goal - to sell us more excursions. She didn't give any specific information about the country, about the city. In general, I "sucked in" the excursions and left. After the first excursion to Venice, it became clear that nothing good could be expected from the second excursion to Rome, and we decided to refuse. To which we were told that they would withhold a certain amount of money for refusing the tour (regardless of how many days in advance you refuse). This is how Natalie tour works. Let's go back to Venice. We drove there for 5 hours (from Rimini). Terribly exhausted. And all as it turned out for the sake of a 20-minute excursion, which Natalie Tour provided us with. Everyone was in shock. However, as we were told, for everything else you have to pay extra about 70 euros per person. We were not warned about this in advance.
Thus, having ridden a gondolas for a fee (and not the cheapest, as we found out from the gandolier), we were left to ourselves for the rest of the time and wandered around Venice on our own for about 4 hours (fortunately, I had already been to Venice earlier on an excursion with Danko travel, and I can say that it was an excellent tour, unlike the Natalie tour). But it was not the end. On departure from the hotel to Rimini airport, our transfer bus was late by 1.5 hours. All the tourists were extremely indignant (because they spent 1-1.5 hours in the heat at their stops waiting for the bus). On the bus, the representative of the tour operator asked her to sign some paper stating that the bus arrived on time. In the end, we were the last ones to check in for the flight, standing in a huge queue.
I think none of our company will have any more desire to use the services of the tour operator Natai Tour, which we do not wish for all future tourists.
