I finally gathered all the strength to write about our tour????????

The tour was called mi Amor, it was provided by @blue bird travel agency (BLUE BIRD - bus tours in Europe), which we will never, under any circumstances, recommend to ANYONE !! The main office is located in Minsk and there is a representative office in Moscow, located at the address: Moscow, Tovarishchesky per. d.1c2, 2nd floor, office №1,. (we had such information at the time of booking the tour in March 2017) Then, before leaving, it turned out that they were separated and had their own travel agency in Moscow (((

The shortcomings of their work manifested themselves almost from the 1st day, then they write down the wrong phone, then each time different managers worked with us, which is very inconvenient, but these are all trifles compared to what the chief manager Oksana Shklyar told us several times (5 people!!!!) that the payment for the tour is made 20% in the office, the rest in cash on the bus in rubles!!

We didn’t like it right away, but there was nowhere to go, the cost of the tour was too tempting and we agreed! When it came time to pay on the bus, we were very alarmed that everyone pays in euros. Still) in Europe, no one needs our rubles, it was only lucky that our guide Svetlana came into the position and helped to somehow try to solve this problem. Of course, they called the chief manager, to which she replied that she had never talked about rubles! (Maybe we five are idiots??????????). In the end, we ran half of Barcelona to find an exchanger, we found everything and changed it, but lost about 100 euros !!!!!

But the heat began on the way back from Spain. How these people calculated the time on the tour, we could not understand. We were late in all respects and as a result Nuremberg, which is spelled out in the contract!!!

But that’s not even the point, when we signed the entire contract, we were told that on the way back from Minsk we can take train tickets on 07/17/2017 after 2-00 am, maybe the estimated arrival is after midnight, about 2 am, but somehow we had doubts and took plane tickets at 8:15 and we were again told in the office 20 times that we certainly have time for everything! Do you think we made it? Ha ha ha!!! Of course not!!!! And we again lose 6,000 rubles. Although the general manager and head of the agency in Moscow, Oksana Shklyar, shouted the loudest that she would solve this problem and pay us new tickets herself, you yourself understand that no one did this, she just caught silence, and our guide did everything possible so that we could catch airplane.

In general, I think everyone who read this post understood everything about this tour company!

In general, the tour itself is very interesting and informative and the price is reasonable, but the work and organization leaves much to be desired. My opinion is that with such an attitude towards customers, this travel agency will not last long in Moscow!
