We bought a tour at the end of May to Greece, departures at the end of June. A few days later we asked about rebooking, because one of the tourists had an injury incompatible with the flight! Through thorns and paths, we half-heartedly managed to rebook the tour, with minor fines. But the thing about people, this agency, is not competent and respectful!
