The travel agency does not help tourists in resolving issues abroad

. We stayed for two weeks from the end of June to the beginning of July 2017. We booked accommodation through the travel agency Mouzenidis, after reading rave reviews about this apartment, given some negative experience of previous tourists, we asked in advance to stay on the 2nd floor away from the road. Mouzenidis contacted the owner of the hotel, Pavel Khoroshev, and he assured that, if possible, he would settle according to our requirements. Three days before our departure from Novosibirsk, the request was repeated, but Khoroshev left no comments. Upon arrival, we were settled in room 4 on the first floor, in the immediate vicinity of the reception (first photo) with a view from the window at the entrance to the reception (second photo, the window of our room is on the right, on the left is the entrance door to the house).

To our question about the reasons for such a settlement, the following answers were received: From Khoroshev "I said that we would settle if possible, but there was no possibility"; from Mouzenides in the person of the hotel guide Roman and the regional representative: "Your contract with us does not stipulate accommodation on the second floor and from a legal point of view you cannot make a claim to us, we do not have the possibility of moving you to another room or another place", this was the first and last meeting with representatives of Mouzenidis, we did not see anyone else throughout the rest. Yes, at this meeting, the hotel guide slipped us a price list with prices for excursions and said that if we were interested, we could call him.
