At the agency, I asked several times how much luggage could weigh, the girl explained to me that for each person in a suitcase there should be 20 kg, if there is one suitcase for two, then there can be 30 kg. I weighed everything, arrived at the airport, we had one suitcase for two, it contained 26 kg, and I paid money for 6 kg. The agency was not involved in the selection of the tour, I immediately said where I want, everything seemed to be fine, everything was explained, but as it turned out, what they said did not correspond to reality. They could have warned that powerbanks should not be put in luggage, for example, I packed my suitcases and paid 100 or 200 UAH for it, I had to cut it all, look for these powerbanks in all suitcases, we were traveling with children, then take them out, and pay again for packing those suitcases, well it wasn't very nice. I can rate the agency a maximum of 6 out of 10, their small role was to accept money and inform about all the moments, but once they told me wrong, and the second they didn’t say anything at all. The mood was a little spoiled when we flew out, because at first they repacked the suitcases, and when they repacked them, they started weighing them, we had to pay extra, they really showed us information where it is indicated that 1 suitcase is 20 kg, and that there can be one a suitcase for two - 30 kg nothing at all, this is probably some kind of agency fantasy.
