I want to express my "great gratitude" to Alina-Tour for the missed vacation of my family. For an excellent choice of a reliable tour operator and a "reverent" attitude towards its regular customers. We have been traveling with Alina-Tour for a long time, we used to advise many of our friends and acquaintances, but as it turned out, everything is learned in a critical situation.
We've just been lucky so far and haven't had any problems. We should have paid attention to the feedback of our friends who flew from Alina-Tour to Thailand this winter. And back in January, since the child has vacations only in August (studies at a military university), we planned a trip to Bulgaria for August. We bought out the full tour on early booking and began to prepare, updated the foreign. passports, made visas and all this for three people. And when the holidays are signed and we are already in a pre-vacation mood, the manager from Alina-Tour calls me at work and happily says: “Do you know that you don’t fly anywhere ?!” I am shocked. After work, I begin to figure it out, it turns out that our tour was booked through the Neva operator, which announced the suspension of its activities.
And now we have to apply independently to Moscow to the insurance company, and Alina-Tour does not bear any responsibility. To my claim with a request not to spoil our vacation and to fulfill the terms of the contract for providing me and my family with a tourist trip in accordance with the contract for the provision of services. I received a four-page response from the company's lawyers that I should submit all claims to the Neva tour operator and their insurance company. So instead of a vacation in Bulgaria, I got a lot of problems. And the most annoying thing is that when I turned to the insurance company, I saw how the heads and lawyers of travel agencies applied there for their tourists, and their favorite tourists left to rest from other tour operators and the vacations of these tourists were not spoiled. This is where the reliability of the travel agency lies, and not in the way the manager in the office at the metro station proved to me with foam at the mouth.
