In October 2017 I was vacationing in Cyprus, Protaras resort, Illiada Beach 4* hotel. The company Biblio Globus acted as a representative of the Inalex travel agency in Cyprus. The time of the year is excellent for relaxation, the hotel is not bad, and the service was excellent, if not for one incident ... Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that I was forced to stay for a day in another hotel (Antigoni 3 *) The hotel is decently inferior in quality to the first, yes and collecting and disassembling suitcases, moving from place to place, is not the most pleasant experience.

But for the inconvenience caused and the deterioration of conditions, we were offered to change the type of food from "Half Board" to "All Inclusive". In the morning, a few hours before departure, I went out for breakfast, leaving my packed suitcase ready for departure in the room. Upon arrival at the new hotel, I discovered that some things were missing from my suitcase, mainly those that were on top.

In complete bewilderment, I turned to the hotel reception - no one speaks English, there is no one to help, no result. Returned to the Iliad - the same story.

I turned to a representative of the Biblio Globus company with a request to clarify the situation, wrote a statement about the loss, where I told in detail when and what kind of things were missing. Who does not know, the representative of the tour operator directly at the resort is the person who meets you, tells everything, shows, explains and helps. That is, making sure that your vacation is a success. This is his direct responsibility! Igor Kushnerik promised to look into what was happening and give feedback in the near future. Two days passed, but Igor did not appear. Having contacted Igor through the administration, I met with unfriendly and rude behavior.

Igor said that it was not his duty to solve such problems and advised me to contact the police in the Paralimni district on my own, knowing that, without knowing English, I would not even be able to write a statement. The vacation was spoiled, things could not be found (a jacket, an expensive shirt, shoes were stolen)

Summing up, I want to note the utter professional incompetence, negligence and rudeness in the performance of official duties of the representative of the company Biblio Globus Igor Kushnerik. Igor did not attend meetings, refused to help tourists, was not available for communication, sold excursions at 25-30% more expensive than anywhere else, printed ads for Russian tourists and posted them on an information stand in English. Tourists who did not speak English turned to Igor for help, in response they received the same phrase: "All the information is on the stand."

This caused massive dissatisfaction, someone even almost missed the plane, because they did not understand the time of departure of the transfer.

Be careful! Before purchasing a tour, check the contacts of the host party so as not to become a victim of deception and someone else's irresponsibility.
