We bought a tour to Kemer from August 5 to 13, the Coorient 3 * hotel: it was promised: a good hotel, excellent insurance, good air travel, friendly guides. In fact: insurance is not free, for any request for help, even small ones, you need to pay 30 dollars, they didn’t tell us about this, they only found out on the spot, the hotel: far from the sea (promised 250 m), poor food, no fruits , terrible drinks and alcohol, small room, nowhere to dry things, flew on an old plane (Saratov Airlines), no service on board, flight attendants uncommunicative women of the age who did not care about passengers at all, Guide in the hotel: (Pegasus travel agencies): do not listen to tourists, to seek only to breed for money, instead of the promised overview of Antalya, we were taken to shopping centers for 5 hours (furs, leather ..

), which was not stated in the program, he did not respond to requests for a guide on excursions, he was also rude, we told the guide at the hotel about this, for which no measures were taken, there was no question of any animation and organization in the hotel , on the way to the airport at 4 in the morning they were brought to the shopping center again, why it is not clear why, but at the airport they left at the door and no one began to see them off to check-in. In general, the place is really beautiful, but the service and the selection of the tour are completely unsatisfactory. We found the agency by accident, we are not going to use it again and do not recommend it!!!
