Feedback on the work of the travel agency "Unitours".

23.09.2012 I purchased a tour from the travel agency “I.P. Petrakov "Unitours" Odintsovo, which he later had to regret. Manager Alexander picked up a tour, everything was fine and it was successfully booked. He also reported the date and time of departure from Domodedovo airport. 2 days before departure, the documents were issued to me by the director of Unitours Anatoly (I don’t know his last name). Wishing me four times "Have a nice holiday"!!! shoved me a bunch of documents without bothering to give me any explanations, because 10 days have passed since the booking and departure and something could have changed. The problem arose already at Domodedovo Airport, when it turned out that my flight was departing from Sheremetyevo Airport, and I had to buy another ticket at my own expense in order to get on my tour to Egypt (8000 rubles!) And fly on another flight. Upon arrival back, I turned to the travel agency "Unitours" in Moscow.

Odintsovo" to the director Anatoly with a request to explain the current situation and compensate for the damage in connection with the incorrect information provided to me, but in a rude form he was sent home. I am a diver and often contact travel agencies and fly to Egypt, and this situation has never arisen! Upon receipt of the documents, I always received complete and truthful information about the departure (accommodation, insurance, behavior in the country).
