Further, an unknown man, who subsequently did not want to introduce himself and indicate his position, began in a boorish manner of communication to point out the fact that when paying from an individual entrepreneur, I must fill out an agreement as a tour agent, which, accordingly, is not an individual entrepreneur.
Having asked to sign a standard contract, I received a categorical refusal and the answer was that these were my problems, which he was not interested in. I took note of this information, although it puzzled me. This manner of communication with a potential customer, which brings profit to the company, I see for the first time in my life. Further, I asked not to cancel the reservation, as I turned to their partners, the Seven Wonders of the World company, to reschedule the reservation and pay in cash from this company for my number. A few minutes later I was canceled the reservation, without explanation. When an employee of the Seven Wonders of the World contacted me to book for me, she was refused, in the same inadequate and boorish manner of communication, according to the employee herself. Cancellation of the reservation to any place was in my last name. What caused such a reaction is still a mystery to me, since there was no explanation from the employee of GAGRA-TOUROPERATOR LLC.
Subsequently, I again turned to a completely inadequate employee of GAGRA-TOUROPERATOR LLC, who canceled my reservation, with a question about the reasons, to which I received an answer that I myself refused the reservation. The tube was hung up regularly. When asked to book again, the answer was that there were no places. This character also refused to indicate his surname, name, patronymic and position, citing that the site has everything I need. This is the first time in my life I have seen such inadequate behavior of employees anywhere. When asked to provide contacts of management, the answer is one, communicate with me. Think very carefully before approaching this company, it seems to be the accepted method of communicating with customers in this organization.
