Kidalovo with a hotel for a day

Bought a tour with a family (a child of 4 years). Hotel Hedef Resort & spa 5 *. Check-in at the hotel at 14:00. We arrived at 10.20. Waited. At 13.45 a bus with Turks arrived. They were all given numbers, and the Slavs (about 30 people from Novosibirsk alone) were told that there were no more numbers!? Teza employees (representatives at the Yaroslav Hotel) could not help in any way, only excuses and empty chatter that they understand .... At about 15.30 they stuffed everyone into a midibus and went (as it turned out later to SEARCH) the Artemis 3 or 4 * hotel where they had to spend the night. Representatives of Teza did not go to accompany him. Artemis Princess was found in Alanya - this is not the right hotel. The driver and the accompanying girl were Turks and did not communicate in Russian. Let's go further to look for our Artemis. He turned out to be completely different from our Hedef. They drove us for about 2 hours in the heat of 38 degrees without air conditioning in the bus and packed full of "holidays" ... We went to Artemis's rooms at 17.30. The next day we were brought back to dinner at Hedef.

I wrote a complaint right away. The representative of Teza, Yaroslav, offered an excursion at the expense of the company as compensation, but not more than $ 65 per person. I refused. Upon arrival, through a travel agent from whom I purchased a ticket, I sent a claim to the Novosibirsk office of TezTour. Answered - we will compensate you only 56 dollars !!!!! Kapets!!! I want to go (I'm working on a document) to court and demand moral damages as well. In addition, according to the Decree of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2012 N 17 "On the consideration by the courts of civil cases in disputes on the protection of consumer rights, the travel agency pays 50% of the fine of the required amount to the plaintiff !!!
