Next time from ABEX TOUR I will advise myself and others to stay away!

On August 15, 2018, a tour was issued (application number 5402452). a day passed and no information about confirmation from ANEXTOUR followed. I tried to call 8 8007755000 and find out what was the matter, but they said that the application is confirmed within 2-5 days.

I received a response to my message:

"Thank you for reaching out!

Please note that you have an agreement with Sector Plus LLC and you made payment to them.

You can also consult the agency where the tour was purchased about the standard procedure for issuing a tour / making a payment.

Your claim against the tour operator is not justified."

Thus (during the chronic period of Russian "instability"), tour. agents and tour. operators continue to use my funds paid for the tour in 100% of the volume, and, as is typical for Russian monopolists, they do not bear any responsibility for these actions.

With, say, not a small internal rate of ANEX foreign currency against the ruble, the difference becomes even more significant. As a result, instead of preferences for inconvenience and waiting, the client is given a possible refusal, and the person has to look for recreation options again, but with an already reduced amount, thanks to the work of "ANEXTOUR". But even if everything is confirmed, then the tourist is waiting for "surprises" with an air flight (Azur Air), a hotel, and so on.

In general, Russia is the place that you want to forget about forever!!!
