Service type: экскурсионный тур

I have been traveling with this company for many years. A few years ago, excursions were praised, as well as the lack of shop tours from this company. But the years go by, and the services become, alas, not better, but much worse. For the past three years, there has been a trend to return from day trips after the subway closed. Another company I know does not return so late, I know this from the experience of friends. I've been there once and have come back very well. The reviews on the travel agency's website are quite nice, probably, the site administrator makes an appropriate, pleasing to the eye, selection of laudatory posts for the development and prosperity of the company's website. (The word “post”, borrowed by Internet users, came to us from England, and is translated as “letter”. Posts are messages left by users on the forum or in the comments).

Guide Elena (06/12/2013 - tour "Kotka-Hamina", cost 850 rubles.

) is very disorganized, fussy, makes many unnecessary stops, following, first of all, her interests, does not keep track of time. It was this trip that made me write a review about the company "Marina". Guide Elena has previously established herself in this role. As a result of excessive fussiness and disorganization, ill-conceived stops to the Chernaya Rechka metro station, the bus arrived after the metro was closed. All this could have been avoided if the guide had correctly distributed the time. There are quite a lot of companies offering such trips and it is quite appropriate to be dissatisfied with such a terrible organization. The border was crossed by bus at the beginning of the second. To Kotka - one hour. The guide persistently offered to stop by the smokehouse, apparently new, and “taste fish soup”, “they are waiting for us there, and it’s already time to have a bite, lunch break.” No one had a desire, but the guide still stopped by on the way back to this smokehouse.

There was no asphalt around the dark blue smoker's house. "The site will be asphalted soon." The choice was very modest. Then I decided to make another stop at RAJA MARKET, since before that it was not possible to buy tea, coffee, sweets, caviar, detergents (which our tourists usually buy). There was also a fish shop nearby, where the choice was much wider than the aforementioned smokehouse. And the climax… Several people (about 5-7 in total with "invoices" and "tax free") decided to get money, and even in two rounds. First, the first group left, and then, after 10-15 minutes, the guide personally sent a couple more with TAX FREE. First one group returned, then, at a decent interval, another. As a result, even in this place it would be possible not to lose 20-30 minutes. and catch the subway.

In Russia, it is difficult to expect high service for any money, but you need to calculate the time and be adequate in relation to 50-60 tourists on the bus.

In addition, this firm seems to be recording more people than it can accommodate. And those who were supposed to sit on the BLACK RIVER were not lucky. By the way, the driver also “remounted” the bus a little in the parking lot at RAJA Market. He unscrewed the wheel, conjured with a hose in the area of \u200b\u200bthe lower part of the bus bumper. On the way to Finland, he also lingered on the highway, helping the driver of another bus of the company of the same name, to repair his vehicle. This good deed, alas, was not crowned with success, and precious time was lost. Where, for example, is the technical support service. It would be possible to call a technician from nearby services, and not delay the second bus, because it was not empty. The conclusion is the following. The organization of tourist services at a high level of disrespect for the interests of the average and not very fastidious, rather tolerant tourist.
