This autumn we were on the cruise "Charm of the Adriatic" with Pak Group. Everything would be fine, but the transfer from one ship to another in Venice spoiled the whole impression of the rest! We, without warning, instead of the 4 * Dolphin hotel located in the center of mainland Venice (Mestre), which was indicated in the voucher, were placed in the outskirts of the Russott Hotel. It seems to be also 4 *, but ...
- at an outside air temperature of + 5C, the air conditioner in the room worked only for cooling - to our indignation about this, the receptionist said that their hotel was summer and was not designed for such cold;
- the restaurant was open only from 19:00, and within a radius of 2 km there are no cafes or shops;
- there was no free internet in the hotel;
-minibar was pristine empty;
-the room had washed (!) disposable dishes.
Our group (26 people) was indignant and refused to settle in this sanctuary. A call to Pak Group did nothing. We were told: “We can’t do anything. The hotel is paid.
You can write complaints. Then..."
People! If you can't get involved with Pak Group, never get involved!
