Very dissatisfied with ITravel services

I am really dissatisfied with the services of the travel agency Itravel. Bus for a tour to Greece in Serpny Buv in Zhalyvom Stan. The seat is rough, with holes, wicked, and covered in dried blood. It’s extremely uncomfortable to hunt in such minds, to be honest. It is also more thirsty than the lack of planting. We reserved a seat on the other half of the bus (4th row from the end), and we were guaranteed that the seat behind us would be lost in both directions. But in the direction of the gate, the bus arrived at a smaller number of places (perhaps they didn’t pick up enough tourists) and we were transferred to the very last row of the bus, where the places didn’t open up again, and the vaporization went off scale, where It’s uncomfortable to drive around, and it’s completely impossible to fall asleep at night. But it’s not all negative, people who were traveling on the last line to Greece, at the gate straight ahead I think they tripped on the places ahead of us. At what stage were such transplants performed and there is a lot of explanation. Before the speech, when in this company they are even unprofessional, they have nothing to do with the comfort of the tourist, with brutal disregard, no relevant information and from them the tour is not continued You're welcome to save cash on the excursion. I do not recommend the travel agency Itravel!!!
