Hello everyone! We rested from this company, so we boldly applied this time as well. But everything turned out badly! We bought the tour 45 days in advance (manager Olga Kolosova), as a result, 2 days before departure (already almost on our suitcases), we found out that the tour was canceled, supposedly someone, when leaving, pressed some checkmarks, and canceled not only our tour, but also many other people, like they found out about it just now, and at first they managed to lie that the return flight was supposedly canceled (they didn’t want to upset us, this is literally) they will certainly return the money (where would they go!). I heard that they resell tours, I wonder if this is happening? Accordingly, all my friends will continue to bypass this office. Now I don’t know where I will order tours, and who can I trust? Be carefull!!!!!
