We have contacted this agency three times already, so all three of my reviews are the result of contacting this travel agency, and yes, I plan to contact again. At the same time, every time I choose a hotel myself and I think that it is right. No one can know better than the person himself what he needs, what he will like / dislike, etc. From the manager, I expect only up-to-date information on the tour operator, places on the plane, the hotel, and of course I am always interested in what the managers themselves offer, so I always listen to their comments with interest.
