From 01/02/2013 to 01/07/2013 we made a trip to Zakopane from the tour operator "Baltic-Exotic". I liked everything, but I would like to say a few phrases about the work of the guide Alexandra. Her accompaniment was designed for people who travel to Zakopane 2,3 or 5 times or for shopping tours to Poland. We, visiting this city for the first time, were not given any information at all during the journey. The guide announced only sanitary stops. It was not told about the city, what excursions to go on, about its traditions, about the sights that you can visit, about the slopes and their height, at least where to go by minibuses, otherwise we were poking like blind kittens with a map around the city, while “our guide” went about her business (implemented medical insurance), it was not said EVEN the elementary that it was necessary to take a passport for the descent as a deposit for skis. "Our guide" was told that I live in room 21, please contact!
Why should I catch her in the room, when during the journey it was possible to tell so much information, as do the GUIDES of other tour operators?????? (We traveled to Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany with other tour operators, there is something to compare with). There was no work with people.
In Zakopane, we will go MORE and MORE, but not Baltic-Exotic, although we flew from this company on a summer vacation.
