October 2012 entered into an agreement with Natalie Tours.
Under the terms of the Agreement, a range of services for transportation and accommodation is provided to me and my friend, including: air travel from Moscow to Rome and back; hotel accommodation in a double room, meals, medical insurance and visa support.
I received: a voucher for accommodation, e-tickets, medical insurance.
Arriving at Domodedovo airport well in advance for departure in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, at the time of check-in, the representative of the air carrier reported that there were no documents, namely passports and visas, and the tour operator's employees were notified of this. When trying to get through to the employees of the defendants on the phone numbers indicated in the voucher, no answer was received. When I returned home, I saw that the name of the hotel on the voucher was different from the name indicated in the application for the contract.
And being in Italy and not knowing the Italian language, I could not coordinate my further actions with the tour operator. After 11 months of litigation, we won back 25,006!!! (Despite the fact that we paid 45,000 and representatives of the tour operator did not consider it necessary to appear at any of the court hearings !!!). ), they recommended us to contact the bailiffs!!!!! I hope that no one else will tolerate such rudeness on the part of the tour operator's management. I hope that this review will serve as a lesson to someone. Dear management, learn to respect your customers !!! !!
