Finally, the day of departure comes, we are all waiting to receive all the documents. The travel agency doesn't even call us. We start calling ourselves, hang up, write SMS. As a result, after 3 hours we are informed that we are not flying anywhere, that we are flying the next day, since we were not booked tickets. Class! They promise that there will be compensation: a refund for one day + a ferry for the weekend (most likely to Finca) and visas (all for free). The next day they sent us vouchers and plane tickets. Errors in vouchers and tickets: 1. errors in surnames in vouchers and tickets 2. errors in dates in vouchers (instead of 12 days, 3 days are indicated) The travel agent said that up to 3 errors in the surname is the norm, there will be no problems.
We flew to Antalya, the meeting party does not want to take us to the hotel, because the vouchers did not indicate that we had paid for the transfer. A taxi to the hotel costs 80 dollars. As a result, we agreed with the girls as guides and we were taken for free, explaining that everything was paid for with us, and the travel agent or tour operator did not indicate this in the vouchers. The hotels spoke with the GUIDE, they said that the dates in the vouchers are incorrect, let him call the operator and find out. The guide apparently coped with the task, since we were not evicted from the hotel after 3 days. Everything, after that, the rest finally began. Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, we call our beloved Ekaterina, we want to clarify when we should come for compensation. And our madam, as always, is very busy, there are many of you, and I am alone. In general, we took the money already after 2 weeks, while she fed us breakfast every day.
