Our communication with the hotel guide

We rested with the Coral Travel travel agency several times, we are their regular customers, we traveled with them to Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Israel. The last trip was in May 2011 to Turkey. There have never been problems with documents, check-in to hotels, or transfers, which is why lately we have been trying to travel with them. The travel agency is not responsible for the work of airlines, therefore, to write that somewhere all the same charters were delayed and did not take off on time, in general, it makes no sense, but about the work of hotel guides .... For the first time, the hotel guide of the GRAND HABER hotel was terribly disappointed in Kemer (Turkey), we could not get through to him by phone, which he left for tourists, so we had to solve all the problems ourselves. And he created problems for us ..... It's terrible to remember!

We flew to Moscow on May 8 in the morning, the flight was previously scheduled for 12 noon, on the 7th we bought an excursion to Istanbul (we had been planning to fly there for a long time, and on other days there were no empty seats on the plane, only on May 7). When paying for the tour, we specifically specified several times what time we would arrive back, what time we would be at the hotel, because only in the evening on the eve of departure would be the exact time of departure from the hotel and flight to Moscow, things were not collected, we do not know the exact time .... The guide at the sale of the tour said that in any case, at about 10 pm you will definitely be at the hotel, as you fly to Istanbul and back by plane. Once again, just in case, they clarified, warned that we were flying to Moscow the next day! We were assured that everything will be fine, you will be at the hotel no later than 10 pm. Believe!!! Idiots!!!

I won’t write everything, because this is already a plot for a super action movie, I can only say that we, all exhausted and torn, were at the hotel at 4 in the morning, and after 2 hours - at 6 in the morning we were taken from the hotel. The trip to Istanbul turned out to be unforgettable for us, because it turned out that we were leaving Istanbul at 22.30; that the hotel guide knew the time of departure from Istanbul, but he had to earn a lot of interest on our excursion for three, which he lied to us recklessly. It’s good that the guide who accompanied us on the trip from Istanbul, having learned everything, was able to contact the company’s office to at least find out if we would have time to arrive at the hotel and collect our things before the transfer to the airport, because the hotel guide’s phone was silent ... .. And, of course, the flight from Istanbul also did not take off on time, we took off at 23.40! It is a pity that such "WORKERS" of Koral spoil the reputation of a very good company, at least I thought so before this trip
