We bought and arranged a tour in another company, but TezTour was indicated in the voucher. Flight by I Fly airline. No delays back and forth! Everything suited us except for the guide from Tez Tour from the CLUB HOTEL BELPINAR 4. Guide Aslan sent us to Antalya (3 people) by bus to buy leather, jewelry and textiles, but after visiting leather and jewelry stores, where we didn’t buy anything in view exorbitant prices, we were taken to the shopping center. The driver gave papers with the bus number and the time of departure to the hotel from the shopping complex. There was no bus at the appointed time. After waiting in 40-degree heat for about 2 hours, the transfer did not take place. to the hotel on our own. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guide Aslan recommended that we write a complaint to Tez Tour))))) Well, of course, we laughed and did not mess up the paper and waste our time on useless scribbles! This is the only negative about the Tez Tour company.

Although we doubt that Tez Tour is to blame for this nonsense, and not its representative at the hotel, who talked a lot about the safety of tourists and accompanying them only if they (tourists) will resolve all issues ONLY with representatives of the company, namely with guide Aslan!!!
