Maldivian is a scam!!!!!!

Good afternoon, I am a representative of a travel agency, I want to share the following about the wonderful company 'Maldiviana', our tourists were going to fly to the Maldivians, we booked a tour with the Maldivians, transferred money to them on the account they issued us, and after the money was transferred, they tell us that the cost of the tour has increased by 2 thousand dollars !!!! they explained this to us by the fact that this is a burning tour and there are no more places, but it is possible to book at a bargain price from the site for 10 nights, which we tried to do, and again the cost of the tour increased, the explanations are very different, then the cost of air travel has increased, then the hotel does not make discounts, I understand everything, I work in tourism and have seen different things, but not 2 thousand dollars surcharge for air travel!!!!!!! although on the website of the air carrier, the price has not changed in any way !!!! no matter how we fought, but everything is useless, the vacation is ruined, we naturally had to blush in front of the tourists.

Now for our Maldivian firm, this is the very last tour operator we turn to!!!!!
